Korman High Performance Brake Rotors

Available either in a computer crossdrilled version with the holes chamferred to the wear limit or in a computer cut gas slotted version with the gas ports milled to the wear limit. While nothing beats the appearance of the crossdrilled rotors, we suggest using the gas slotted versions for true high performance and track use due to its superior wear rates and brake cooling. Dual Ventilated Brake Conversion for BMW 2002

Our conversion kit uses dual ventilated rotors, new calipers or caliper spacers, hubs, Ferodo FDB 34 pads, and associated hardware. Mounts onto Tii struts only. If your 2002 is not a Tii, order kit with Tii struts.

Upgraded Master Cylinder

The larger bore size of this master cylinder gives stronger braking with less pedal effort. Highly recommended for all 2002 high performance brake systems. Fits all 1600/2002 with dual circuit brake systems.

High Performance Graphite/Metallic Brake Shoes

This performance lining is noted for stability under both heavy and light braking situations. We consider it the strongest, longest lasting material for sprint or long distance running, yet it is still eminently suitable for high performance street, rally or autocross use. Try these shoes before you convert to rear discs, you may be surprised!

Rear Brake Conversion for 2002

Converts 230mm rear brake assembly to 250. A complete bolt-on package including Graphite/Metallic bonded shoes. A comparatively low cost way of greatly improving your 2002 braking capability. Will not fit old 4 or 4 1/2" steel rims or some 5" by 13" alloy rims.

Ferodo High Performance Brake Pads

With extensive research , development and testing Ferodo varies their pad materials for the variations in braking systems and loads of different cars.  Thus a Premier pad for a 318 may be quite different than the Premier formulation for a 540.  They are fully ABS compatible, minimize brake noise, minimum bedding-in period, fade resistant, and provide reduced disc wear.  An “always there for you” pad for hard street and highway driving.

Korman High Performance Brake Pads

Developed for use in our IMSA cars. Good enough to win both the drivers and the manufacturers IMSA Sport Class Endurance Championships. The pad material is a non-asbestos graphite/metallic formulation. Unlike some racing materials that work well only when hot, the broad friction coefficient of these pads enable them to work well under cool, light braking conditions. They are therefore the ideal pad for dual-purpose street/club event usage. Sold on an exchange basis.
